Chablis Les Manants

Each year many wines are sampled from various regions. Very often certain suppliers will be better in one vintage than another. This last round of tastings in France revealed a very fine simple Chablis from the Domaine de Brocard. Their proprietary "Les Manants" reveals the smoky/flinty sharp flavors of a good Chablis.
