The Boizel House does not own any vineyards. This may seem a little strange at first but there are many advantages to not owning vineyards. The Boizels are able to travel throughout the Champagne region and find the best grapes to buy so the can make great cuvees. And just like in Burgundy, they are able to spread out their investments just in case of disasters such as hail. Drawing from over 170 years of winemaking knowledge, the House of Boizel delivers this wonderful vintage Champagne made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
