Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets

Duperrier-Adam is one of the oldest families in Chassagne-Montrachet, situated in the middle of the "Caillerets" vineyard, and the largest owner in this vineyard site. Using very old 'artisan' methods they consistently rank high in the Guide-Hachette for their 100 barrel fermented Chardonnay. After aging in wood barriques for up to 2 years, the wine is bottled 'unfiltered'. This is a fat, full-bodied wine with the aromas of ripe pears, white flowers, and honey.
