The towered town of San Gimignano is a medieval tourist stop o incomparable beauty. The wine which is produced from the grape of the same name has been around for hundreds of years and was the first white wine to be accorded DOC status. The Tenuta Torciano has provided us with their Poggioaicelli for several years. Now we are introducing Torciano's Grand Cru Vernaccia, the Crete Nere.
