Edgewood Estate Napa Valley Zinfandel

Since 1855 Wines have been continouusly vinted at the old winery on the grounds of Edgewood Estate. Edgewood excels in hand crafting small lots of wine from individual Napa vineyards. The winemaker, Rick Schuetz, has aged this big wine for 24 months in American and French barriques. The aroma is full of ripe berry while Rick describes the taste as 'chocolate roses' with a lingering vanilla finish. Due to no filtering, the wine does contain sediment and should be decanted.
