Weissburgunder, EXTRA BRUT, Sekt-Jubilaeum 2000

A fine Pinot blanc Sekt to follow on the success of the Spatburgunder from the cellarmaster at the Winzerzunft, Herr Kleinknecht. Produced by the 'methode champenoise', this fine sparkling wine was fermented in the bottle, producing the creamy, toasty flavor of Champagne and its fine, small, bubbles.
